Uncle Paul's Visit

Uncle Paul came to town for a conference and then spent the weekend with us. It was great fun. We went and explored the new Lewis and Clark Museum. It had a full size replica of their boat that was split in half , so we could see inside and explore. Way cool.

Next we visited the a Lock and Dam. We were able to take a tour and walk across the top of it in the Mississippi River. It was more than a little bit WINDY and COLD. Paul and Spencer didn't have a coat and I lent mine to Spencer, so we didn't stay long. But we hope to go back sometime and watch a barge go through it.

Next we stopped in to see the statue of the World's tallest man. It is his actual height so you can see how tall he was. Check out Michael's foot compared to his.
It was GREAT having Uncle Paul here. He just didn't stay long enough for me. Hopefully, next time he'll come and bring the whole family. We always can think of something fun to see or do, just try us.
